About Us

Timber Trails Homes Ltd is a family owned and operated land-leased community for manufactured homes (minihomes) located along the Lucasville Road near Lower Sackville, Bedford and Halifax. Timber Trails Homes was established in 1970 by Marjorie and Graham Hefler and is currently operated by their three children, Blaine, Linda and Tracy.

Some of the key advantages of owning a home in the Timber Trails community is that we are just a 15-minute drive from the city of Halifax, the community is known to be quiet, pet friendly, is well maintained and has many treed lots. The community is praised by realtors for steady home values. Each street has direct access to Lucasville Road. Families have lived here since we opened, families have started here, moved out and have returned to retire here.
